Our process and services are all custom. We work with you every step of the way so you get exactly what you want. We don’t offer refunds but will work with you to deliver your desired results.
How long does it take to design a custom pair of shoes?
Every pair is different. Customization time is dependent on the style, color, and process. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we discuss you desired timeline.
What pre-cautions are you taking during COVID-19?
We use superior cleaning products and offer contactless drop-off and pick up of your shoes.
What if I want to buy a pair of customs for someone else?
You’re obviously a great person :) We love to help you gift a pair of customs to a friend or family member. Reach out for a 15-minute consultation so we can discuss if it’s a surprise gift or if you want to involve the giftee in the custom process!
Do I need to provide shoes for my custom?
Yes! All customs require a new base shoe provided by the customer. If you’re unsure what shoe to purchase for your base shoe, reach out to me and we can discuss.
